Zipladder only ships within the continental 48 states using ground shipping. Expedited shipping and international orders are currently not available.

Missing or Defective Parts

If any parts are missing or defective please use the contact form to request a replacement within 30 days of receipt. A replacement part will be shipped free of charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

If necessary, any unused or defective products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling. Please use the contact form to send a return request for shipping instructions. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Orders placed using a gift certificate retrieved from an online deal site cannot be refunded but can be exchanged under the same conditions stated above. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges when sending items back to Zipladder -- we do not provide prepaid labels or reimburse shipping costs.
